Santiago to host Gatorade United Cup 2022 - Dominican Republic

The UC Regional Office in the Americas has selected Santiago as the host city for the Gatorade United Cup 2022 that will be played in January 2022. The United Cup is the most prestigious international competition for men and women in the Americas, and from January 20-30, 2022, the United Cup will tip-off its 9th edition. The tournament returns to Dominican Republic for the second time due to covid, when it was held in Toulouse, France and Barcelona, Spain. The United Cup will return to Europe in 2023.

Location: Santiago, Dominican Republic
Women: January 19-24
Men: January 26-31

Both championship clubs will return for 2022; Santiago Basket Titanes Dorado for the men and La Vega for the women. Other Official teams will be announced October 1, 2021.
